Store Terms and Shipping Options

Shipping Address - We ship to the address provided by PayPal.  Please be sure that your PayPal shipping address matches where you want your order to be shipped.

Shipping Time - Orders are usually shipped in 3-5 days.

Payment - We only accept PayPal for payments.  However, you don't need to have a PayPal account when paying with a debit or credit card.

Accuracy - We do our best to ensure that each order is 100% accurate.  Please contact us if you have any issues or concerns with your order so we can make it right and earn positive feedback.

Used Items - Used Lego pieces will have some wear from play and may have slight color variations, fading, yellowing, etc.  We do our best to ensure that all of our used pieces are in very good condition.

New Items - New does not mean perfect.  New Lego pieces usually have light scratches or other blemishes.

Multiple Orders - Multiple orders can be combined if the first order hasn't been packaged yet.  Any excess shipping charges will be refunded.

Canceling an Order - A request to cancel an order will be honored if the order hasn't been packaged yet.   Refunds for cancelled orders are subject to a 5% deduction of the order total.

Returns - If a package is returned to us by the USPS, then the customer will need to pay if they want it reshipped.

Allergies - We have a pet-friendly home.  The pets don't have access to the Lego store area, but this may be an issue for some customers.

Packaging options:

Eco-Friendly - All of the lots are mixed together in one bag.  However, some items will always be bagged separately, like minifigures, large clear pieces, and sticker sheets.

Standard - Each lot with two or more pieces is bagged separately.

Custom - You can request a custom packaging option by adding a note during the checkout.
